Cougar Cross Country Shines in Weekend Meet The Cougar Cross Country teams delivered strong performances against deep competition. On the men’s side, Kyle Knafel led the way with a top-10 finish, placing 9th overall in a field of 165 runners with a time of 16:57.7. He was followed by Keegan Knight (22nd, 17:39.8), Rugar Lough (33rd, 18:07.0), Max Lower (20:14.4), and Kayne Sparrow (23:03.0). For the women, Adelaide Hopf turned in an impressive race, finishing 17th out of 152 competitors with a time of 21:09.3. The Cougars continue to build momentum as they prepare for the championship stretch of the season. 💜🐾
