Kaitlyn Tilley’s Big Day Propels Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars Past West Noble By GameChanger Media Kaitlyn Tilley drove in five runs on three hits to lead Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars past West Noble 22-0 on Monday. Tilley tripled in the second scoring three, singled in the first scoring two, and singled in the third scoring one. Kensy Kimmell struck out 11 batters on the day. The starter also gave up zero hits and zero runs over five innings while walking none. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to four singles. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars first got on the board when Grace Swank singled, scoring one run. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars scored 13 runs on eight hits in the bottom of the second inning. Swank tripled, scoring one run, Kennedy Vice singled, scoring one run, Nevaeh Schoup singled, scoring one run, Katie Forker singled, scoring two runs, Meredith Targgaret singled, scoring one run, Kierra Bolen drew a walk, scoring one run, Vice was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Kimmell singled, scoring two runs, and Tilley tripled, scoring three runs. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars extended their early lead with two runs in the bottom of the third thanks to RBI singles by Swank and Tilley. V Mendoza took the loss for West Noble. The hurler went one and one-third innings, allowing 19 runs (18 earned) on 13 hits, striking out none and walking six. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars piled up 17 hits in the game. Swank, Tilley, and Schoup each collected three hits for Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars. Forker and Avery Deter each collected multiple hits for Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars. Bolen led Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, amassing nine walks for the game. Deter stole two bases. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars ran wild on the base paths, accumulating four stolen bases for the game. Central Noble Varsity Lady Cougars were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Vice had the most chances in the field with seven.
