Varsity Baseball fall to Fairfield

Central Noble Varsity Baseball lost to Fairfield 11-7 on Saturday. Fairfield were the first to get on the board in the first when an error scored one run. An error, and a single by Drew Beachy helped Fairfield extend their early lead in the second. Central Noble Varsity Cougars 2026 flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the second, scoring five runs on four hits to take the lead, 5-4. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Jerrick Deter that drove in three. Central Noble Varsity Cougars 2026 committed an error, which helped Fairfield tie the game at seven in the top of the sixth. Fairfield made the score 11-7 in the top of the ninth after Drew Tobias singled, scoring one run, Lucas Graber singled, scoring two runs, and Beachy tripled, scoring one run.
